How to order a Payoff Demand or Verification of Mortgage (VOM)

PAYOFF DEMAND:

In order to obtain a demand for payoff, please submit your request to payoff@val-chris.com along with written borrower’s authorization.  Please allow 10-12 business days for your request to be processed.

 

VERIFICATION OF MORTGAGE:

In order to obtain a verification of mortgage, please submit your request to VOM@val-chris.com along with a completed VOM form and written borrower’s authorization.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed.
